Account Manager

Our ideal candidate will work directly with the CEO to rollout our outreach strategy and will be responsible for managing all RFQs that go through our system. You will act as a liaison between buyers and suppliers through RFQ submittals. This candidate must communicate effectively with our users, track all user data and will proactively work with the CEO and development team to roll out new product features.

Qualifications

  • MBA or Masters Degree
  • 3-5 Years Experience in one of the following:
    • Manufacturing Product Management
    • Materials Science and Engineering
    • Industrial Engineering & Operational Research
    • Business, specifically supply chain management
    • Interested in working with remote customers and team members-domestic as well as international

What We Are Looking For

  • SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS and/or WANTS TO WORK FOR A STARTUP
  • Knowledge of manufacturing with an understanding of global Supply Chains
  • Experience in account or product management
  • Data entry of information for onboarding suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple project RFQs and Quotes between buyers and suppliers
  • Regular communication via email and phone to obtain missing information, project status or answer questions as require
  • Provide weekly/monthly status update reports
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams a plus

Rails Developer

Responsibilities

  • Full-stack Ruby on Rails development
  • Work with product team to provide feedback on features
  • Full-Stack Rails development
  • Estimating and executing on feature delivery
  • Writing Capybara tests
  • Writing RSpec tests
  • Heroku Production Monitoring/Tuning

Qualifications

  • 5 years of software development
  • 2 years of Rails experience
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and problem-solve
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Understanding of the American manufacturing landscape preferred

Design Intern

BriteHub is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Design Intern. Position is great for gaining experience or receiving academic credit. Intern will be closely integrated with the team and learn what startup culture is like as a designer focusing on branding and UI/UX . A great opportunity to build a portfolio, gain experience, and collaborate with a progressive team.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage design assets to ensure a consistent look of public facing social media platforms and press
  • Create, design, and execute email campaigns
  • Build brand assets from basic design elements to overseeing brand positioning
  • Design interactive prototypes for proposed product features

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and managing profiles online (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more)
  • 2-3 years experience with Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop a plus)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
  • Design/layout skills with the ability to translate ideas to web functionality
  • Understanding of building and managing company branded assets
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and problem-solve
